Smart controls that learn every asset — and act on it
Every Technik2 controller learns how its own cooler, boiler, tank or cold room behaves, then uses that to cut energy automatically and flag maintenance before it becomes a failure.
Learns the asset
Remote Optimiser learns each cooler's set point without a survey. Smart Heat learns how long your building takes to warm up and coast. Air con and hot water learn 28 days of use, half-hour by half-hour.
Optimises automatically
Using what it has learned, each controller tunes its own timings — night set-backs, pre-heat, pre-cool, pump and fan cycles — always inside the safe limits your engineer sets.
Predicts maintenance
Each asset's duty is compared with its own healthy baseline and the local weather, so icing, refrigerant loss, a failing pump or short-cycling is flagged weeks ahead.
Proves every saving
Every change it makes is logged, and the saving is measured against your own 14-day baseline — shown in kWh and pounds for each asset, each site and the whole estate.
Safety always comes first: every controller only removes waste, and any fault hands control straight back to the equipment's own controls.

Fit
Our own engineers fit the controllers and a T2 Optical Meter. Nothing else on site is changed, and there's no rip-and-replace.
Baseline
Fourteen days of untouched readings are logged to the portal before anything is switched on.

Saving is switched on. The portal shows duty, kWh and pounds against the baseline, corrected for the weather by postcode.
Integrates with your existing systems
