- Website use: if you accept cookies, Google Ads uses cookies to tell us when a visit from one of our adverts leads to an enquiry or a phone call.
How we use it and our lawful basis
- To prepare your savings estimate, reply to your enquiry and follow up — legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, or steps prior to a contract.
- To measure how our adverts perform — consent, which you can withdraw at any time using "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
Who we share it with
Our website host, email provider and Google (for advert measurement, only if you accept cookies). We do not sell your data. Add any CRM or other processors you use.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for [e.g. 24 months] after our last contact unless you become a customer.
