Better beer, fewer line cleans, proof of every clean.

Antimicrobial dispense components keep bacteria from taking hold between cleans, and Line Clean Manager proves every clean that happens — with records your brewer will accept.

The proof is in the pint

Same cellar. Five times the interval. Brighter beer.

Photographs from one twelve-line cellar. Six days after a clean the original fobs hold visibly turbid beer; thirty-five days after a clean the Bio Fobs hold bright beer.

Bio Fobs

Beer quality at the cellar end

A turbulent-flow fob detector that keeps beer moving through the chamber rather than standing, leaving nowhere quiet for biofilm to settle. The clear chamber shows the state of the line from the cellar.

  • Antimicrobial compounded through the polymer — it can't wear off
  • Much smaller chamber, so far less beer lost at each clean
  • Same chemicals and cleaning method as today
  • ISO 22196 Level 4 antimicrobial
ISO 22196 Lv 410–20 year service life

Bio Drop Lines

Treated for the life of the line

An additive bio polymer in the wall of the tube itself, rather than dosed at a clean — so it works on every pint for the whole life of the drop line.

  • No change to chemical, dose or contact time
  • Fitted at the next scheduled clean, no downtime
  • Better at five weeks than the original system at six days

Line Clean Manager

Line cleaning compliance

A flow meter on the cleaning water replaces the paper sheet on the cellar wall. It records volume, duration and profile — and there's no way to mark a line as cleaned. Only water resets the countdown.

  • One number on the wall: days to the next clean
  • Cleaning records exported for your brewer
  • Overdue cleans flagged per site on the estate screen
  • Sounder on the due day

Gas / Air PurgeNew 2026

Faster line cleaning

Cellar gas, or clean air from an oil-free compressor, used between cleaning stages instead of a water push. Remote valves are switched from the bar, so there are no cellar trips mid-clean.

  • The first pull after a clean is beer, not water
  • Handheld transmitter behind the bar
  • Pairs with Line Clean Manager

The last thing the beer touches

One smooth bore, a creamer that cannot be lost, antimicrobial material on every wetted surface, and colour coding you can check from the customer side. Swaps onto the standard 9/16" UK tap thread.

  • No tap or font changes
  • Purple for alcoholic, green for alcohol-free
  • Crevice-free — a visible hygiene control for audits
  • Creamer self-locks inside the nozzle
